The Elman W. Campbell Museum will hold a public ribbon cutting ceremony today at 2:00pm followed by reception, to mark the opening of the D-Day 75th Anniversary Commemoration Exhibition, which commemorates one of the largest military assaults in modern history. The invasion of Normandy holds historical significance because it signifies the beginning of the end of WWII.
